With more than 20 years of experience, Hillari is a seasoned professional in association management, having worked across diverse fields such as medical, legal, financial, and education. She possesses a unique perspective, having held roles as an executive director for stand-alone associations and as a valuable team member within multiple Association Management Companies (AMCs). Hillari earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2022, underscoring her commitment to the field. She is particularly passionate about engaging members and cultivating leadership opportunities to create vibrant and sustainable communities. Her extensive skill set encompasses governance support, financial management, and meticulous meeting planning.  

Jacob Wennerstrom is a seasoned event specialist in the hospitality industry, adept at managing every stage of event creation. His expertise spans location sourcing, digital and print marketing, and on-site management. Jacob's strong foundation in customer service, honed since his initial role at a family-owned retail business, complements his event management skills. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Outdoor Education, Leadership & Tourism from Northern Vermont University (now Vermont State University), reflecting his passion for the outdoors.

Catherine Wennerstrom is a valuable asset to the Mosaic AMC team, bringing a robust background in financial services, accounting, and event planning.

Catherine holds a BS in Accounting and Business Management from Saint Michael's College. Her foundational accounting skills were further refined through her internship at Danaher Attig & Plante, one of Vermont's leading tax accounting firms.

Beyond her financial expertise, Catherine is also an experienced event planner. She demonstrated her capabilities as the Co-Director of Planning for St. Michael's Student Government Association for several years, where her experience in building budgets will particularly benefit Mosaic AMC's clients
